Situated 200 metres from the beach, this stone villa from 1800 is set in a garden with a terrace. It offers free bike rental and a room with free Wi-Fi, just 1.6 km from Saint Malo TGV Train Station. The double room at B&B Maison Angélus includes an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The room offers a wardrobe, soundproofing and wooden floors. A continental breakfast is provided in the morning. For other meals, Italian dishes can be prepared for dinner if you request them at least one day in advance. The B&B is 3 minutes’ drive from Saint Malo Cathedral and a 20-minute drive from Dinard and its airport. Mont-Saint-Michel and Dinan are 30 minutes’ drive away and a shuttle service to Saint Malo Train Station is available at a surcharge.

This B&B was a delightful change from the French-run establishments where we stayed during our 3-week trip in Normandy and Brittany. The Italian couple who run Maison Angelus are so welcoming to their comfortably and beautifully furnished B&B that you immediately feel relaxed and at home. Our room on the top floor was furnished with a king- size bed and a spacious modern bathroom--we enjoyed a very quiet restful sleep. The location is perfect for visiting the walled city of St-Malo, alt.

I felt as though they loved their work...they are living their dream and that they genuinely cared that I had a wonderful experience. They are smart, funny, kind, and generous. The maison itself both modern and charming...filled with art and books. All the luxurious touches that separate one Chambre d'Hotes from another were there...homemade shortbread cookies in my room, high quality sheets, gorgeous views. I . The B&B was perfectly situated close to the beach with easy access to historical sites and outdoors and restaurants. The rooms were spacious with a substantial bath. There was a cozy sitting room. There was amazing artwork and sculpture throughout the B&B. but the best part of the B&B was the gracious and welcoming owners of the B&B, Cristina and Giulio. They made our stay perfect. They are also gourmet chefs and for a reasonable price they prepared us two very outstanding dinne. We thought it fulfilled everyone's dream of what a B & B could be! The spacious gracious room (the bedroom reading lights delighted us!), the wonderful hosts, the location, the fabulous dinners, the care and attention to detail, the way we were made to feel so very special and welcome, as though we were family. We loved every minute of our stay and cannot recommend it more highly. We liked everything. Giulio and Cristina are very nice. They cooked for us every morning. The room was clean, confortable and silent: we had our best rest in Saint Malo. The location is very convenient: 5 minutes walking to reach Saint Malo "Intra Muros". Giulio and Cristina also gave us useful hints for visiting Saint Malo and the nearby attractions. 100% recommended!. The location was wonderful. It is close yo the ferries to the Chanel Islands and the beach. Your attic room was charming with lovely sheets and wonderful towels. The hosts packed an early AM breakfast for us as we had to get to the ferry before breakfast as served . They also stored luggage for us while we were I the islands. Christina and Giulio were superb hosts. Christina also has great knowledge of all the tourist places and how to get there by public transport if you don't have a car. Christina also provided a much needed cup of tea when we returned each day from our sight seeing adventures. Christina and Julo are wonderful hosts. Great location 1 block off the beach; close to historic downtown and restaurants but not in the center of things. Large, clean, comfortable bedroom and bathroom with a nice view down over the garden in the back. Very nice breakfast. The owners are great people. Very intersting , lovely and helpfull. The room is very good and decorated in good taste. We ate braekfast in a beautifull room. We highly recommend. Everything, particularly the propritors, Chistina and Giulio. They are wonderful and truly make you feel at home. Her food is magnificent, and everything is immaculate. The B&B had a spacious bathroom, with lovely attention to detail in the decor with a great location especially if you have a car. Extremely welcoming hosts, lovely room and bathroom with great view. Close to the beach and easy walk into the old part of the town. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating. The decoration of the house is lovely. The quality bed linen and feather eiderdown. Everything about this B&B was first class. Lovely owners who made us feel like family. This place made our holiday. Very Clean Very Friendly Parking in front of building Good location Excellent breakfast. For us, not a single thing. (Perhaps for a disabled person the stairs might be a bit tricky.). The parking is very difficult and public right on the street. We were able to park in front of their garage but not a good all day solution. Also stairs to attic room some what difficult for me as I have to walk with a cane. No complaints. Nothing. The owner was a little over attentive during mealtimes. Everything was wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Leaving to go home!. Nada. Stairs could be an issue for less mobile people.
