Everything - Celine was the most wonderful host and despite our language
difficulties we muddled thru as best we could - it made for good
entertainment. The location is excellent overlooking the cathedral and
breakfast was perfect and made to order at time to suit. Finally our

The apartment was very clean, well presented and contemporary in design. It was in a perfect location to explore reims. Olivier met us at the arranged time to give us the keys and explained everything about the apartment. He was efficient and personable. Reims was lovely and we enjoyed exploring the streets and visiting the cathedral. We had a great meal recommended to us by Olivier in Cafe Forum.

The hotel staff found bothof them for us and was exceptionally kind and efficient. Pendant notresejour, mon mari est tombe malade est il avait besoin d'un medecin etune laboratoire. Good location, very reasonable prices, but the staff is what made our
stay exceptional. We arrived to find that my wife had mistakenly booked
our stay for a month in advance of the actual date we needed. I was more
than a little upset with my wife, but the gentleman that helped us

New hotel in great location, cross road and walk through park and you are in restaurant area. Another 5 mins walking and you are outside the gothic cathedral. Rooms are appartment styled with basic kitchen of kettle, micro, fridge etc. breakfast available for €10 which is pastries, breads, meat, cheese, eggs, juice and tea/coffee. This was our first Novotel experience and will definitely make us look
into staying in one again. It was like somebody had designed a hotel
room from scratch and they seemed to have thought of everything. Loved
the room dividers, great bright lights in the bathroom, blackout blinds,

benchmark 2 star, great place in all respects. remeber its a 2 star but its a credit to the managers and the staff that this characterful, cheerful place does such a good job on a budget. iit restores faith in budget hotels. great evening eating just around the corner, breakfast at the hotel Azur is perfectly good, fresh and served with a smile. -

the room was functional, with working wifi. Very centrally located- can walk easily to cathedral and museums and the champagne caves. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but if you are up early enough, there is a boulangerie at the end of the street opposite the road and much cheaper.

The staff were very pleasant, the rooms very clean and only approx 10-15mins walking distance from the main area for restaurants and main line train station, handy to travel into paris. - Perfect stopover hotel on route back from Switzerland. Hotel has a small swimming pool which was a welcome "cool off" in the 32 degree Reims sunshine.

Very clean rooms, convenient location and very friendly staff. Meals were excellent, if a little pricey, especially the wine. We took 70 and 80 year old couple and they also loved it. Good location, Walking distance to Reims centre, underground car park on site, very helpful reception staff, ( on arrival our allocated room smelled of tobacco smoke, on complaining to reception they where very apologetic and upgraded to a suite for our inconvenience. -
