The owners were wonderful hosts were really charming. They made us very welcome
They cooked us some splendid dinners and we loved it.We would certainly return.It is very convenient for Paris and other beautiful areas.

We only stayed one night on our way back to Paris, however we wished we had longer here as it was just beautiful. We were met by Annabelle as we arrived outside and we must say that she was just delightful and so welcoming to us. We had travelled all day and Annabelle arranged a restaurant just 10 minutes away in a small village which saved us hav

Lovely place albeit quite far out in the countryside- but you know that when you book it. Very stylish place,beautiful location! As it was mid Dec. we we're the only ones staying. Annabelle the owner greeted us in the car park and was very welcoming- a lovely lady. The room was very stylish and comfortable and warm. The continental breakfast was nice too.We will return one day during the summer.Saying that it looked stunning in thick white frost!

We had a friendly, informative welcome from our excellent host, Alain,
who spoke pretty well perfect English. We have precious little French
and there were another couple staying with whom we shared dinner and
breakfast. They had no English but we had wonderful interaction because
Alain and his wife shared the table and skilfully translated for us

great evening. Alain and his wife prepared a very high quality meal for
a very reasonable price. I commend any visitors to have at least one
meal -
We found Alan and his family very warm and friendly, We had called ahead of arriving to order an evening meal which was lovely.We ate with Alan and his wife who told us a lot about the local history and places to visit.
The room and facalities where excerllent and we both had a good nights sleep. In the morning the organic breakfast was delicious.
We would definitely stay again if we where in that area of France

Simply beautiful setting and lovely rooms around a private garden, all
tranquil and welcoming Very warm and hearty reception by Catherine, who
cooks a marvellous meal and is a terrific host An ideal start of our
holiday (en route from Netherlands to South), close by to Paris and
Chartres Almost did not write a review, so we could keep this gem to

Really beautiful place to stay, with a friendly and caring hostess. Very detailed attention for a cozy atmosphere in the rooms. What the pictures promise you, is what you get!

Our host, Stephan , was exceptionally charming. We arrived during the
three week rutting season for the wild deer. He immediately invited us
to accompany him at sundown. Unique experience in the forest, the most
bizarre of moand and groans. Then Stephan took us spontaneously on a
moonlight walk through one of his favorite villages, informing us of

local personalities throughout the centuries and chauffeured us back to
his favorite authentic, sublime restaurant across the street. I have

We used Rochefort-en-Yvelines as a stop over travelling to and from Sth France. The relaxed and quiet atmosphere was great following long days travelling. Stephane the owner was extremely amicable and was prepared to book restaurants for evening meals. Room was very comfortable and clean
