We enjoyed the friendly, relaxed hospitality of Jacques and his family. The evening meal was a wonderful experience, shared with Jacques, his family and other guests from the Netherlands. What a real gem! -

What a little gem! Arrived to a warm, immaculately clean,tidy and comfortable converted barn residence on a farm. I loved that it was so central. We were also able to park behind the hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the rooms comfortable and clean.I also realised that the price from your website is very much less than we would have paid at the hotel itself. - This is an ideal situation in Rouen. The underground car parking is a boon.

Friendly staff, very helpful and professional. The hotel was warm, the rooms and general nautical decor was fun and interesting but not contrived. Perfect for a short break and we would like to return. The Petit Brocante was a good recommendation for a great meal - thank you. -

1. Most of all thanks to the member of the staff. Unfortunately,
don't know the name (Asian madam). Very helpful and nice - a real
enjoy after a tiring exhausted trip.
2. Polyglot staff for all language tastes.
3. Clean rooms. We were granted a room on the higher floor by request without any problem.

Friendly staff, great location, very close to the city center( 15 min by foot)
Parking, it's possible to leave car in the parking even after check-out in the morning, so it's really nice if you walk to the city center and dont need to think about parking in Rouen

Clean, comfortable, convenient stop-over on long journey. Know that dogs accepted in all Ibises, and that private off street parking is available at Barentin, whereas the parking is difficult at one Rouen Ibis and in an underground parking open to the public at the other. -

Great Service very Friendly - I liked the availability of parking when staying at a hotel in a city. I also liked being able to walk out of the hotel and walk down the street to see city life.

The hotel was spacious and spotless throughout: the public areas, the corridors and the rooms. The hotel is fairly new but everything seemed tastefully appointed and well furnished without being cluttered and no where felt cramped or badly designed.

The staff were very friendly and efficie -
staff willing to help. We arrived late and they were very helpful. The staff also was able to give us help and useful hints for traveling in France. Staff also helped with us getting public transportation to Paris. The hotel offered a great breakfast with a wide variety of items to chose from.
