Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ul comfortable elegant hotel. Right in the centre of Rouen, although you wouldn't notice from inside. Great bar, especially enjoyed the artwork. Didn't use the spa facilities on this occassion so couldn't comment. Wonderful weekend in Rouen.

Rooms were wonderful. Spa was great. Breakfast buffett was also very good. - Attentiveness of Staff, particularly at front desk.

For me it was situated ideally within five minutes walk from the abbey which is the single attraction of the small community of Jumieges. Everything suited my taste there: the semi-detached room, the spaciousness of the room, the environments, the breakfast, the staff who were all very pleasant and eager to help. We went as a group of 16 adults. Each and every one of us really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful, very friendly and as we had 8 Ferrari in out group, really helped make sure our cars were safe and secure at night. The breakfast was good. None of us had a problem with the price of it. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as we were lucky enough to have great weather for the weekend ! All in all, cant fault it !

The room was very clean and spotless after being cleaned each morning
,and it was loverly and warm during the cold spring nights , the rooms
have all been re fitted to a high standard so dont be fooled by the
casino entrance the hotel on the 3rd floor is loverly also the staff

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. They were very accommodating and stored our cycles safely, even getting them out in the morning for us for the early ferry. The bedroom was clean and equipped with toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent location for the beach, shops, ferry etc.

Very good food in the restaurant and good value for money - truly 4* hotel-so often nothing like the blurb put out elsewhere we have stayed over the years.Everything was without fault,even the fragrance in entrance lobby was stunning.Breakfast was excellent quality,even coffee was the real stuff-not always given to you in France nowadays.

Staff efficiency and nothing was too much trouble. Baby sitter at 15 minutes notice. - It was easy to locate, had parking, was clean and the staff were helpful.
