Excellent location in charming village with easy access to countryside. Spacious junior suite with sunset + valley view.
Very helpful front desk and quick service to the room. -
Location is perfect, a short walk to the center of Gordes. Hotel is everything you would expect from a 5 star, no complaints here.

We loved the room and the pool and the restaurant and the location - the
staff are friendly and create a great ambience. Special mentions to the
concierges Patrick & Ferdinand, to JeanLouis the sommelier, Guillame
the maitre d' and the musicians who entertain at night. Also the
room maids who do not wake you up early to clean the rooms! -

Bedrooms a bit small but beautifully decorated if you like oldfashioned furnishings.
The concierge very knowledge and keen to advise.
Very good spa but not many guest there during our stay.

We loved this Chateau! It is so beautiful. The location is perfect for day trips to Arles, Avignon, town of St. Remy, and other locations. The grounds were so nice to sit out under the stars at night with a full moon. It is a magical place. The staff are very friendly and helpful -

The room was amazing facing the sea and it was very spacious!
It was our honeymoon so they surprised us with cake and champagne in the room! Very thoughtful of them!
The location is also very good being very near to the casino and near to a bus stop if you wish to explore the rest of the city.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful. We felt like we stepped back in
time. The staff were gracious and helped with everything we needed,
including securing a rental car (which was delivered to the hotel for
us) for day trips to Monte Carlo and St. Tropez. Our room (junior suite)
was perfect for us Americans who are used to more space and privacy

I had heard lots of good things about Oustau and it did not disappoint. The grounds are stunning. We stayed at the Manoir in a room with a terrace. It basically had it's own private patio. Very friendly staff, nice grounds, but a bit too expensive for what you get. I'd also recommend that families with young children go to the sister hotel on the beach rather than this one. -
