We loved the room and the pool and the restaurant and the location - the
staff are friendly and create a great ambience. Special mentions to the
concierges Patrick & Ferdinand, to JeanLouis the sommelier, Guillame
the maitre d' and the musicians who entertain at night. Also the
room maids who do not wake you up early to clean the rooms! -

Bedrooms a bit small but beautifully decorated if you like oldfashioned furnishings.
The concierge very knowledge and keen to advise.
Very good spa but not many guest there during our stay.

It was easy, comfortable, we had our privacy, good breakfast and the view was amazing - location, near the beach and the town center, and the quality of food in the restaurant+ service in beach restaurant and reception

Very relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle service to the town and the beach was perfect. -

The hotel and grounds were beautiful. We felt like we stepped back in
time. The staff were gracious and helped with everything we needed,
including securing a rental car (which was delivered to the hotel for
us) for day trips to Monte Carlo and St. Tropez. Our room (junior suite)
was perfect for us Americans who are used to more space and privacy

I loved everything, location is walking distance from Aix en Provence downtown, the staff is very kind, the size of the suite is very confortable. This hotel exceed all my expectations.

Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and
comfortable. The spa was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and offered
a huge variety for our teenagers with varying tastes. The staff was
friendly and helpful. They even gave us 4 large bottles of water as we
were leaving when they heard us talking about needing to find a store to
buy

restaurant with specific cuisine for us and printed out a map. -
Room interior was superb with great selection of bath amenities.
Gym was well equipped and pool facilities were extensive including steam room and sauna.
Location was good - nice and quiet being in a less busy street but still close to everything.

The staff really made us feel like home. As soon as we checked in you could tell the difference between Dune and other hotels we stayed in. The owner upgraded us for free to a bigger room. The facilities are absolutely beautiful and it is in a great location in proximity to St. Tropez. Our room was really unique, with a huge area to get ready

accommodation and hotel staff are superb, very helpful and kind. I
felt at a luxury villa with a full dedicated staff. The room was
perfect, clean and very cosy. I had a Michelin guide with me, but
didn't use it at all, thanks to the great tips provided by Mr.
Hervè, the General Manager.

Everything except location but if you don't mind taking a free (till 00:00) shuttle (Audi q7 or BMW x5) from the hotel to the city centre or beach it is perfect. Staff is very helpful, rooms are spacious and stylish, outdoor shower is so relaxing and exotic, food is good, breakfast - all possible berries, pancakes, eggs, baking, cereal. Furniture

I was so incredibly impressed with my stay. I got a good rate on letsbookhotel.com and then was thrilled with the experience. I was just in Arles for one night with my wife. The hotel is fancy and beautiful and clean and nice to walk around. The staff all speak English fluently and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It was just

perfectly located, a retreat of calm tranquility, quiet refreshing pool, pleasant lounge areas to relax in the evenings and a lovely courtyard. Yes it is as others have commented a bit 'tired' in the decor but for me this added to the charm of the place. Can't comment on the food however as we never ate there.

The hotel is 2 min walking from the beach walk, u can find restaurants very near to you up to 15 min walk...marvelous experience....

Excellent staff and food. Location is stunning. Spa Manager Delphine was
a perfect host as was Yvan,Pierre and Philippe. Bedrooms are among the
finest you could hope for, superb !! -
