Very friendly hotel staff and excellent location! - The situation of the hotel and room meant a great view of the beach. It was also within easy walking distance of the town, with many restaurants and bars. The room was nicely decorated and furnished and very clean. It was also nice to eat a good breakfast in the tea room overlooking the beach.

Enjoyable walking distance (along seafront) from old Saint-Malo and its great shops and restaurants. Friendly, kind and welcoming. 1st rate swimming pool, coffee available at the bar in late evening, excellent room, adjustable bed, multi-channel tv and breakfast. And all a few minutes away from our ferry port in the morning. We'd gladly return and probably will.

This was the setting for a wedding reception which was fabulous. We stayed 2 nights and were so happy we did - the rooms were beautifully appointed with wonderful baths. We stayed at the Chateau on Sunday and Monday and discovered that the restaurant closes on those days. The reception staff provided us with good food from meals already prepared by the chef. We had the choice of eating in our room or the dining room and chose the later. The breakfasts were also excellent.

Very pleasant welcome from receptionist. It has 24 hr reception. We could park immediately outside or anywhere on the road without paying and apparently it is a non-problem area, so felt safe to leave belongings in the car.
