Everything; we arrived 10 minutes post dinner service but were welcomed with charm and friendliness and shown to a table in the dinning room for 5 course meal - which along with the wine and service was nothing short of excellent. Can't recommend highly enough - room was spacious, very comfortable bed and lovely large bathroom with shower and bath

The reception staff were very efficient and they could not have been more obliging and friendly; the hotel is lovely and very convenient - The friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble. the staff went out of their way to make our trip plrasant and memorable.

We loved the hotel for its architecture and gardens. The 16th and 17th century buildings were absolulely amazing. We also love the old world charm of the bedrooms and the comfort that the hotel had. The bed was so comfortable that we wanted to take it with us and the service and friendliness of the staff was very refreshing.

We loved everything about Hotel Le Cep. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They spoke fluent English and did everything they could to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was beautiful and cozy. We extended our trip from 3 to 5 nights because we fell in love with Hotel Le Cep and Beaune.

What a find and a wonderful way to end our holiday. We arrived in time to have lunch at the Bistro and enjoy sitting outside with the view of the vineyard. The owner was wonderfully helpful . The gardens were so gorgeous & peaceful . Both restaurants were excellent & it was lovely to have the choice of fine or bistro dining .

Thank-you so much for a wonderful time at your hotel. This is a beautiful village and the villa is so charming. The front desk staff were so helpful and amazing They made our stay so memorable. We had a beautiful garden view room and lots to do in the village. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. -
