  The setting is lovely - green and away from the bustle of Cannes but near enough to walk into Cannes (as long as you don't mind a bit of walk and can cope with a hill which we can).The pool, though not large, was great for our 12 year old who spent the mornings in it. We had a studio to ourselves across the narrow lane from the main complex and it... τι λέει ο κόσμος » was really lovely. Beautiful large room with fantastic large veranda and separate small kitchen. Very green and relaxing. Charming old style décor. L - I liked the location very much! In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away. Thank you!

  A pleasant, modern, functional hotel with good restaurant in pleasant grounds by the river. We were delighted to find such a quiet and pretty spot in such a busy area - and within easy walking distance by the riverside path to the beach and Cannes. It had all we needed. Room fine - standard hotel/motel with good bathroom and balcony. Good buff... τι λέει ο κόσμος » et breakfast. - Usually travel in more luxurious hotels and was a great wake-up call! We absolutely loveed it all! Might need a bit of refreshment and better breakfast but all other advantages largely cover for it! Highly recommended

  Spacious room, comfortable beds. Good location, on the way from Nice/motorway 2 shopping malls and plenty of petrol stations. Bakery just 5min drive. - Everything was fine - placement, clean, staff, all around, distance to Nice, nature, a lot of services.

  Very friendly and informative staff - especially the waiter at the restaurant. Very clean and tidy rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the value was tremendous considering how high prices in southern france are in the summer.
