  Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time!   The staff was very helpful and accommidating. They allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel before check in time on our day of arrival, and on the day of departure they allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out. This allowed us to see more of Paris without dragging our luggage everwhere!   Afraid to end up in a smudgy small sized noisy french hotel with bored personnel, this was complete opposite: of course the room was a bit small, just like the beds (I'm almost 2m), but don't go to France if you don't want that. The personnel smiled, the room was clean, the shower perfect. Booking in advance saves you a lot of money by the way.   I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, they speak many languages. The subway is very very close and the area is nice. - Could not get a better location as 2 train stations and so many great restaurants were within walking distance.

  The best hotel we've stayed in in Paris. We travel there regularly for business and this hotel was a real find. Immaculate and really modern. Smaller than hotel rooms in the UK but definitely one of the bigger rooms in Paris that I've stayed in. I don't know how the location would be for sightseeing although you can get everywhere on the tube (two... τι λέει ο κόσμος » stations within two minutes walk of the hotel). We were also very happy with the service in the hotel, all spoke English and one lady spent a good 15 - Location was very good and close to metro. A few metro stations away from all attractions. Nice staff. Clean room, comfortable, everything functional in bathroom and room. Comfy bed. Good restaurant options close by (bistros and brasserie). Totally recommend Brasserie Renaissance.

  Staff very friendly - The room and ensuite were newly refurbished in an interesting arty style and bright colours, which I liked. The room seemed so new, as if I was the first person to stay in it! Hopefully it will age well. The hotel is in a sidestreet, so not too much traffic noise, but very convenient for Gare du Nord.

The hotel was open 24hrs a day. It looked very attractive from the outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
