Although the room was smallish (perhaps not by Parisian standards), itwas immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff were unfailinglyhelpful and polite. The public areas on the ground floor were accessibleand tastefully decorated and provided the full range of services onemight want. And the location--I know the inner city pretty well, andbet

1) The front desk was helpful in pre-arranging our airport shuttle both ways;
2) The room was comfortable (by Paris standards);
3) The bathroom was big, modern and well-lit;
4) The neighbourhood was very lively but our room facing the courtyard was oh-so quiet;

Stayed at a Classic room on 2nd floor.
Very carefully thought out arrangement of the room.
Nice & clean. Fairly large by Paris standards. Excellent toilet & washroom. Has most things a traveller would need. Located in a quiet side street away from crowds & noise.
The front desk service was warm,friendly, prompt & congenial.
Fairly well stocked mini bar although we did not use it.

The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

I thought everything was exceptional! It was the size hotel that appeals to my taste. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and most convenient to our daily activities. I might add that the breakfast was absolutely delicious, as well. The staff could not have been more helpful and congenial. The added touch of the cat in the lobby gave us a

The location is fantastic. The hotel is charming. There was not air conditioner in our room as the whole building has be to switched to AC for the thermostats to function. - location excellent. Staff very helpfull

Convenient Location and friendly service - This is a very pleasant hotel. My room, although small, was very comfortable and very nicely furnished. The hotel staff were lovely people and I especially liked the fact that there was a chamber maid who came in the afternoons to turn down my bed..
