The facilities (which include also access to a pool in a camping nearby), the location, the cleanliness, the view of the mountains from the terrace, the size (perfect for a larger group of friends or a family), the fact that we could check-in earlier and check-out later than the regular hours. Very good value for the money!. Close to the harbour (for visiting Scandola) and the shops (the bakery is almost the neighbour) on the main street. Own garage, with small parking lots. This is a residence and not a hotel.
