Superb hotel, small but intimate and very very friendly. Bedroom spacious clean and tastefully decorated, comfortable bed with excellent ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of home made jams and plenty to eat. Owner very attentive and eager that we enjoyed our stay. Would thouroughly recommend the hotel and so convenient being in the town centre but quiet. Parking at the the 'Tap' theatre is very convenient and only 9 euros for 24hours. όλα τα σχόλια »
Don't be put off by the un-prepossessing exterior. Inside is a modern, well-equipped, comfortable B&B. Really fresh bread and croissants and home made jam for breakfast. Superbe location near centre. Friendly owner recommended a restaurant, Le Dejeuner sur l'herbe, which was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
Cosy little B&B (3 rooms) right of the pedestrian area of Poitiers; warm welcome, breakfast excellent with a lot of homemade goodies (marmelade, joghourt, etc.); impeccable rooms. very comfortable bathroom.

Boutique hotel, wonderful room, a lot of attention to the decor, the breakfast was superb with home made jams and sweets, a really memorable visit. We were made very welcome.
It's a very nice B&B in the heart of the city centre. The owner, which is a welcoming lady, serves a tasteful breakfast. Advantage: a public parking garage is nearby the accommodation.
Great place with a very frienly owner. We stayed at the three persons bedroom which was very nicely decorated. Highly recommended for exploring the charming center of Poitiers.
Beautiful place with very generous host and lovely decor. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower excellent. We will return.
Agnes was superb as was the accommodation, you will not find a better B&B in France I don't believe.

Nothing really, maybe some milk for the tea and coffee in the room but quite honestly you may as well step outside to any of the numerouse cafes nearby!.

Not a critism but there is nothing on the building to tell you this is the place (except the No 12) only knew where it was because l found it on Google street first. It can be noisy outside at night at times but you have to expect that being in a city. Parking can be a pain, although on street parking is plentiful and it's free between 7pm and 9am you may have to drive around to find a spot although you can park outside to unload and load.
There is nothing not to like, we are very choosy were we stay & this was the best.
