The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur.

Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

La Villa is an impeccably furnished hotel with modern decor. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a cab pick us up at 3am for an early flight and the night front desk man came to our room after the cab arrived to help with our bags without our asking. Friendly helpful staff and owner. Old world surroundings. Pool excellent, clean and guests respected the rules re comfort for others. Loads of smiles from staff who always had time for a friendly chat. Loved how french the whole atmosphere was. The staff were so accomodating, they only serve continental breakfast at the hotel but you can buy anything at the nearby supermarket and eat it on the terrace. The pool is beautiful. We were so near the beach.

A very special building - a villa, surrounded by trees and bushes, a very nice, quiet, peaceful place, at the same time only 200 meters from a publich beach and less than 1 km from the old town of Antibes. The owners taking good care of the hotel and the customers.

From our experience in France we find that there can be a communication problem. We did not have that problem at all at the Hotel Ambassadeur and everyone was so friendly. - Despite it being peak season and it being a fairly large hotel, there was plenty of room to move around freely and not feel cramped

A very small hotel, but with 24 hour help. Very clean with the most modern of bathroom design and amenities. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet, comfortable and overlooked the old city and a small pedestrian square. We were a short walk into the old city and the port. The hotel has free, reserved parking next to the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late in the evening and within fifteen minutes got the keys. There was no kettle in the kitchen but manager solved the problem almost immediately. It was very pleasant to receive a welcome coffee and croissant in the morning as well as small presents on the day of the departure. The hotel is very comfort

We had a wonderful time in the central part of Old Antibes. The room was clean and attractive. We were able to prepare drinks, breakfast and light meals with the very well equipped kitchen. The staff were exceptional and supported our late arrival by leaving keys with the restaurant down stairs. Our visit was very relaxed and Studios Perl contributed to our well-being.

The location at this hotel is superb. It is small run like a Bred and Breakfast and casual. It's just a block from the sandy beach and easy walking access to the old town of Antibes. Very close driving or bus to Nice and Cannes. The owners Natalie and Pierre serve you breakfast on their lovely patio amongst the other guests. The price was good for location and area as well.
