  Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de Paris. Air conditioning - - Hotel arranged for pick up from train station, which worked out quite nicely - Picked the hotel on purpose away from station, as arriving and departing stations were different. - Location is still very good, right on Metro stop, and next to terminus for 2 buses, which go to Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame and Gare du Nord. Made it easy for us to get on the bus with our luggage to go to Gare du Nord. Also found Subway and an Indian restaurant practically next door, which took care of our food needs.
