On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed and the staff were truly wonderful. Saint James hote

Wonderful greatly designed hotel with special atmosphere. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.

Good location, walking distance to train and bus station. Residential area, very safe.
Comfy house, complete kitchen stuffs for daily cooking, good cable and wifi access.
Vidal is very sweet. He provided us with all the info we need to roam around the city. He was very accomodating and he is willing to extend just to make your stay the best.
Good cost of money!!!!

I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

Room was spotless and quite spacious for Paris. We even got larger room hopefuly since we were on the honeymoon. Two metro stations almost on doorstep. Great staff.

The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

Excellent location, plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

All of it. The hotel is enchanting with beautiful architecture and superb décor. The food is amazing. The staff absolutely wonderful and made me feel like royalty. The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking
distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli
) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the

Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make

Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! In a quiet location but perfect for me on a business trip for the fashion district. Would definitely stay again. -
