Stayed at a Classic room on 2nd floor.
Very carefully thought out arrangement of the room.
Nice & clean. Fairly large by Paris standards. Excellent toilet & washroom. Has most things a traveller would need. Located in a quiet side street away from crowds & noise.
The front desk service was warm,friendly, prompt & congenial.
Fairly well stocked mini bar although we did not use it.

Although the room was smallish (perhaps not by Parisian standards), itwas immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff were unfailinglyhelpful and polite. On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed and the staff were truly wonderful. Saint James hote

Wonderful greatly designed hotel with special atmosphere. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.

Good location, walking distance to train and bus station. Residential area, very safe.
Comfy house, complete kitchen stuffs for daily cooking, good cable and wifi access.
Vidal is very sweet. He provided us with all the info we need to roam around the city. He was very accomodating and he is willing to extend just to make your stay the best.
Good cost of money!!!!

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

The hotel is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. Also the small feel of the hotel makes it feel so private and is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. Room was spotless and quite spacious for Paris. We even got larger room hopefuly since we were on the honeymoon. Two metro stations almost on doorstep. Great staff.
