Hotel is beautiful, far too cold to be in the garden but it looked beautiful from the window. Our room was great, probably one of the smallest in the hotel but that didnt bother us. Really cosy, amazing shower, free mini bar topped up every day, a touch of snow and really comfortable bed! Hotel is a ten minute walk from Arc de Triumph and metro. - The envoiroment is wonderful. It's very clean and quiet. And the room is beautiful and quite large. The service is good. And the hotel staff is also kind and nice. I go to the hotel with my boyfriend, and we love to spend a fantastic night there on christmas day. I will definitely go to the hotel next time.

The receptionists were especially obliging and well-mannered. Nicolas had a particularly warm and welcoming demeanor as well as being very helpful. (We never got around to eating their "petit dejeuner", but it was available for an extra fee.)
