The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

Le Burgundy Hotel is a hidden gem in central Paris, worthy of its "5 Star" status. The hotel is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. Also the small feel of the hotel makes it feel so private and is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. All of it. The hotel is enchanting with beautiful architecture and superb décor. The food is amazing. The staff absolutely wonderful and made me feel like royalty. Its location is perfect for sightseeing and the Metro is just a few metres from the hotel, enabling you to access all of central Paris very easily and cheaply. -

small,excellent location,service, - actually this time nothing since room was not booked as requested(higher floor) out of two nights stay one complete day without hot water i am looking for compensation for the inconvinience caused since i have arrived at midnight on the first day of arrival and had to rush on the folloing day for shower before 10

La chambre était spacieuse et le personnel fantastique ! Nous y sommes allés tous les commentaires notes et n'aurions pas pu trouver mieux. La vue depuis la terrasse n'était pas terrible mais le service et le restaurant compensait largement cet inconvénient ! C'est un peu cher mais on en avait pour son argent. L'hôtel est juste à la limite du champ

All the staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was the best it could be. The services were superb; they made all my museum and restaurant reservations for me in advance. The linens and bed were plush and comfortable; I slept well for a change! Great location with extremely close proximity to George V metro station and Arc de Triomphe. I recommend this hotel highly.
