  Receptionish was excellent and her command of English was superb. Very patience with some guest who was very irrate. Location was prfect for my needs. - Lovely staff, fantastic location, just beside Red Bus stop, will recommend this hotel to friends, should have had breakfast there.

Hotel and room very clean and very modern facilities. Paid extra for breakfast but although basic, it did set us up for the day and was self-service so you could go back for more. Overall a very good hotel and we would like to return one day

  This is a beautiful hotel. The pictures on their web site are exactly what the rooms and common areas look like. The furnishings were very top of the line and everything was spotless.   We are in our early fifties (still 18 in mind) On paper/screen, this hotel ticked all of our boxes, situated a stones throw from the metro it combines the ease of access to the Parisian must sees but still seeing the real city in all its glory. The hotel and all staff were all A*. We are not hotel inspectors but could not fault a thing. Like films, all very personal and others opinions - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had accidentally booked our bus ticket for the wrong day and didn't find out until the day of and the friendly Receptionist helped us contact the agency to rectify the issue. Thank goodness! The location was close to Gare du Nord and easy to find. The metro is a block away and very convenient (just be mindful of pickpockets when you are entering the metro, anywhere in Paris, as a matter of fact). This Best Western is also located 10 minutes away
