Arrived at sunset and the view could not have been more beautiful. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was very efficient. Everything perfect. Stunning seaview from the window. Sea just 5 steps down... Perfect location, close to centre, but not busy.
Bus # 30 goes straightly from SNCF gare.
Comfortable twin rooms.
Very nice and cozy restaurant, good breakfast for 9 euro.
Recommended to all tourists, with or without children.

I liked the professional but relaxed attitude by the staff to guests. I would certainly stay there again. The gentleman on reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly and will be sadly missed if/when he retires. - We liked it very much. Hard to believe it's a 2 star. I recently broke my arm and phoned the hotel to ask if we could have our room on the 1st floor. They were very obliging and upgraded our room without extra charge. -

The big, beautiful, comfortable room. The kind, friendly staff. The hotel was in a good location - close to the restaurents, shops as well as the beach. We loved our stay. - Good location, within walking distance of the train station, the beach, the restaurants and the tourist attractions.

Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

There is a tramway close by. - This was a fantastic hotel to stay in as we had a toddler with us who loved the pool. Although the prom was a 10 min walk we were so pleased we stayed in the Novotel as we were able to see all areas of Nice with only a short walk. The food, staff and facilities were excellent and if I ever stay in Nice again i will be booking this hotel.
