Ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο, με εσωτερικό γκαράζ - After travelling around France and Italy for 3 weeks, it was a relief to find a top quality hotel at a very resonable price, more on par with the standards I have experienced aroung the world. Great sized rooms, beautiful decore and very friendly staff, not too mention a great location. Highly recommen

Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well.
Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. A decent sized kitchenette with the basics

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

Location, view from the garden and the pool will makes us return. Bus 14 leaving from the square offers a great way (you don't have to park your car) to visit the city. -

This was the second stay for my daughter and me. We like having a suite that is clean and roomy. The staff, as before, was friendly and helpful in every way. - The kitchen and balcony were nice to have.

She went out of her way to welcome us and to tell us all about the tourist sights (and then the nice spots as well) in Nice AND the cities/towns/sights surrounding Nice. It is not a hotel . It is like home. Beautiful decoration,snacks,drinks, everything is so cozy and the whole family are so sweet and helpful. it's really a good memory for us.

Fabulous location and wonderful staff made our first experience to Nice
a memorable one. We would most certainly return and use the facilities
again. Spacious, light and airy, fabulous wet room, large fridge, small
kitchenette with double ring, sink, microwave and mini dishwasher.

city centre / seafront. The train station Nice Riquier is a 10-
minute walk away and it's one stop to the lovely resort of
Villefranche.

The staffs at the reception were really helpful. they know a lot about Nice, where to eat, what to do & even provided us with map and train timetable. The train station to monte carlo on 4 blocks fr the hotel!
The room suits our need. We travelled with a baby so it was good to have a kitchenette. We knew before booking that room service only

We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials
including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift
access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although
modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room
inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours
supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram
stop which is handy.

Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day. The apartment was very clean and close to the railway station.
The staff were very friendly and helpful . The kitchen was well equipped which was great because we like to do a lot of our own cooking . It was very quiet . Just a short stroll to the shops. Would definetly recomend staying here.

The staff is really friendly, administrator speaks in good english,friendly helps to decide all problems and give all necessary information. The appartment is situated near the seaside on quiet and calm street. It is situated just 15 minutes on foot from centre and from the railway station. -

Hostess was extremely helpful and very kind. Location is great, as the train station is within a few minutes walking distance, not very close to the sea- a good 20 minute walk to Old Nice or the Promenade des anglais, tram is nearby as well... There's a self-serve kitchen and lots of places to get groceries nearby, as breakfast isn't included. Roo
