Great location, close to the beach and walking distance to busier areas
of Nice. Apartment wasn't huge but it was comfortable. -

I liked the professional but relaxed attitude by the staff to guests. I would certainly stay there again. The gentleman on reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly and will be sadly missed if/when he retires. - We liked it very much. Hard to believe it's a 2 star. The room was spacious with good storage and a balcony -- and the bathroom

The big, beautiful, comfortable room. The kind, friendly staff. The hotel was in a good location - close to the restaurents, shops as well as the beach. We loved our stay. - Good location, within walking distance of the train station, the beach, the restaurants and the tourist attractions.

very helpful front desk, great room, very lovely. Bellini Restaurant nearby was fantastic. Would never go to restaurant around corner from hotel which was recommended but poor food and service. Bellini's was superb. - Good location and the room is big

It was in the heart of the city. Rate was very reasonable too. I could walk everywhere. The person at the desk was very helpful immediately upon my check in - taking a map to point out bus station (1 EU to Monaco), train station and the pedestrian areas. Nice, small, recently renovated hotel in the center of Nice. The way to the sea and to the main station is about 10 min. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons.
