  The lady running the front desk was very nice and helpful. Rooms and public areas were lovely. It was very quiet. It was particularly good that it had a kettle to make tea and coffee as most hotels in Europe (as opposed tot UK, US and Australia) do not have this. - One of the best hotels we ever stayed.   The attention of the staff was first class as was the service! We stayed in the 'old' part of the hotel which was very comfortable and very clean. All the staff were exceptionally helpful! - The room was very welcoming after a long drive and the facilities excellent. The dining room, food and wine were exceptional value for money.

  The staff were friendly, the situation was excellent and the rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. We have stayed there before and would recommend it to anyone. It is an ideal place to stop going to or fro the Channel ports. - Very comfortable room. Hotel very close to town centre but situated in a quiet area. Easy to find.
