Situated on the site of an old feudal castle in the Auge Valley, this 19th-century Château offers refined rooms with period furniture and free Wi-Fi access. During summertime you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. With a view of the surrounding countryside, each room at Château de Launay includes a TV and a fireplace. They all have an en suite bathroom with a shower. A buffet breakfast with homemade jams, orange juice, hot drinks and salted food is served every morning in the bright dining room and for lunch and dinner, a restaurant is available 1 km from the property. You can relax in front of the fireplace in the living room or take a stroll in the park, which has ancient trees. The A13 Motorway access is 15 km away, Caen is 20 km away and Mézidon Train Station is a 15-minute drive away.

The first emotion when we arrived was "Such an excellent place". During our stay this feeling was established. My friend and I had a voyage in Normandie in May 2013. The plan and route were predefined in advance. After we spent one night there, we decided to change our plan and extend our stay in this cozy hotel. The spirit of old chateau full of antique furniture and original decoration is accomponied with modern communication system. The rooms are nice and spacy. Wonderful choice of loca.
