good for value of money we paid. Also with kitchen was useful good for kids. overall good. Very smart hotel and pleasant staff. We had a two room apartment which was perfect for our family. The man on reception who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, litrally round the corner from the metro station. There is lots of shops, patisseries and resturants around the area. The room was nice and clean, simple but modern and a nice big bathroom. Great price and we would stay here again.

absolutely perfect for a car trip to Paris. Only a couple of km south-west of the "Boulevard Periferique and China Town, easy and quick access by car to all central areas in Paris as there was hardly any traffic at any given time during the day. The balcony view was also nice while enjoying the morning coffee!

value we paid for rooms with us driving less than 20 min with traffic to Eiffel Tower. If you are looking for budget with NO frills, this IS the place. If you are high maintenance and need papering or extra things from hotel, this is NOT you place!

I loved the mood of the area, specially at night. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equiped.
I really loved everything and I had a very nice stay. At night I could sleep very well and that's important.

Confortable, the kitchen with everything ready to use, a supermarket at the end of the street, away from the city center but has bus on the street, metro station 10 minutes away on foot, but especially bikes velib 100 meters from the hotel in 30/40 minutes you can reache everywhere

Excellent location, especially for those who plans to take or give back a rented car at Gare de Lyon train-station. Very close to the metro station.

We stayed in 3 different room due to our back and forth from Paris to
other places. Each room was very clean, and comfortable. Front desk very
helpful and friendly- even gave my daughter a daily french lesson.
Kitchen staff very kind and Gupty speaks 6 languages. Not even 1/2
block away is the metro- and a gorgeous park 2 blocks away- perfect for
runners and strollers. Don't miss the boulangerie across the street.

I traveled to Paris with my 1 year old kid. The hotel stay with kitchenette was excellent. It had all the basic stuff that one may need and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was perfectly cleaned. It has control for temperature (heater) and I really loved the stay at this hotel. -
