The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day.   The location of this hotel is closer to the centre of the town but the basilica, which I think is quite good because everything is slightly cheaper compare to that side. The hotel locates on a small hill so you'll feel safe if there's flood, on the other hand, it takes some effort to move around. Staff are so friendly and always willing to help!   I found out that Lourdes is the second city in France in number of offered beds, just after Paris. And of all this choice, this is a perfect hotel to be on a visit to Lourdes. Reception staffs being able to speak and understand english relatively well. English speaking travellers will have no problem in communicating with them.
