The food and its location - The Hotel was in fact close to the Sanctuary as it states. It was also nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. The food was good but a little over-priced.

The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The staff are absolutely charming and great humoured and food provided for breakfasts and evening meals is fresh and well presented. Rooms are surprisingly very spacious and contempora

The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

convenience and cleaniless and comfort of rooms - Had requested a room with view of mountains and got lovely corner room with two balconies. View from same wonderful - beautiful to sit out on balony at night and look at the fort which was lit up. Staff very friendly and helpful and room very clean. Location is ideal. Five minutes from bus / train station and 10 to the Grotto. Room cleanliness & hygiene was excellent. No frills budget hotel. After a horrendous day of rail travel we found the hotel to be great.a good stay in lourdes and the pizzas over the road were delicious.been to lourdes twice before and did not know there was a whole town to be explored. It is sort of hidden behind the religious souvenir shops. Well worth a look.

This was my second year at the hotel while I was on a pilgrimage to Lourdes. It is peaceful, very clean, very safe, and most of all very friendly. I would not now consider staying at any other hotel in Lourdes. I am looking forward to going back again next August. The owners are really lovely and it feels like going to family. -

The location of this hotel is closer to the centre of the town but the basilica, which I think is quite good because everything is slightly cheaper compare to that side. The hotel locates on a small hill so you'll feel safe if there's flood, on the other hand, it takes some effort to move around.
Staff are so friendly and always willing to help! (

The owners were very accomidating. They graciously didn't charge us for the first night for which we were unable to stay there because we had train problems. They also were very caring and willingly called a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and waited to see us off safely. - Though not far from the main points of interest ( the Lourdes Sanctuar

The hotel is perfect for us we were able to cook and enjoyed our stay so much.The hotel's 2 bedroom accomodations exceeded our expectations, each room has it's own kitchenette , toilets and bathrooms which made our stay truly comfortable and easy.. We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.
