Top marks for this hotel - it was situated in the centre of everything and the staff were very personable and friendly. The room was perfect and had lovely views over the Centre. - everything was great - the location is perfect, the room was clean and charming - I will come back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been
renovated and everything has a "new" look about it. The
rooms are very well lit so reading in bed is not a problem. All rooms
are easily accessible to wheelchairs - stairlift, elevator are
available. The mattresses are very comfortable, I.E. not too soft.

The staff simply couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
The room was spotless - perhaps just a tad clinical as a result- and they gave us the car-park tag to keep overnight as we were leaving first thing in the morning, before anyone would have been around. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lille, but in a side street so it was relatively quiet overnight.

Booking a brand new Campanile is foolproof. Rooms are better than they ever were. Perfect beds, wifi pretty good, great new rain showers. Staff is cordial and professional. The room was modern, clean and well-soundproofed, with aircon that worked. Small but adequate. Location ideal, being close to both EuroStar and Lille train stations and only 5mins walk to the Grand Place. Private parking very useful. -

Amazing value! The B&B Lille Centre Grand Palais is an exceptionally clean and well appointed budget hotel. Room was well soundproofed . Just looking for somewhere offering a decent night's sleep and a pleasant space to prepare myself in the morning for the day ahead. This place more than met my needs.

the quality and the peace and quiet of the hotel - The hotel was central and within easy reach from Lille Eurostar station. The facilities are well described on the website and the staff were excellent. The price and the level of comfort is what you would expect from this grade of hotel. I was very satisfied with my 2 night stay.
