Very clean and staff were very friendly, our first time, and we would return again. meal was excellent and staff were very attentive.

The staff were highly attentive, especially Fernando, who I believe was the manager. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in the center of Avignon, just off the Place D'Horloge. There are lots of good choices for meals nearby and the major attractions are a short walk. the hotel is small with very friendly staff, a lovely garden to relax in and very close to some wonderful restaurants. The area is very interesting with lots to do and yet quiet enough to relax. The food market and the antique markets are well worth seeing.The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the bus which takes you to Avignon. Staff are friendly and very helpful . Highly recommend the hotel
