I spend over 150 nights per year in hotels around Europe, but I'll always remember the 9 days I stayed at La Pérouse in early January 2009. The paroramic view from my room (504) onto the Baie des Anges, the city below and snow-capped mountains around was simply spectacular. Very courteous and helpful staff with unassuming manners. - Nice candies :)

Location perfect in old town, near restaurants, bars, beach, Cathederal, 1 minute from cathederal/vieille ville airport bus 98 and tram stop. Perfect base.
Apartment spotless, comfortable large bed, every kitchen facility you could want, tv, music dock, air conditioner and 2 fans.

Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

The apartment was in a great location. It was close to many restaurants, places of interest and the sea. It was beautifully presented and comfortable. The owner was lovely and very helpful. We loved our stay there. -

I would not have appreciated my visit to Nice as much if I had not
stayed at Villa Leonie. Over-all, the atmosphere was exceptional. They
are located in a quiet garden setting, but are just a short walk away
from grand scenic views of the coastline, the ocean, and the best view
of the entire city of Nice. And yet at the same time, they are near to

the hustle and bustle of everything in the heart of the city. The
directrice and her staff were friendly and very helpful. Their

A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town.
The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus.
If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.

Staff were great, location ideal for beach, shopping and restaurants
and as a base to visit other locations such as Monaco, Villefranche
and Beaulieu and proximity to airport. Having its own beach
immediately opposite the hotel with the restaurant is a distinct
advantage . Great beds. -

This is the first time we have ever stayed in a Hostel, and it was such a great experience, we will definitely do it again the future. Had a great stay at the hostel. I arrived late at night with the train
and there was no problem checking in. For me the best part was the
walking tour, if it is done during one of the days you are staying, do
not even think about not doing it. Emilie was a great tour-guide and
made the city come alive with her descriptions and stories. This alone
made staying there worthwhile.The location is perfect, right in the
center of town and the rooms are clean, just remember to bring your own

Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well.
Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. A decent sized kitchenette with the basics

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

The night staff was great and accommodating, the pool was clean and well kept as was the sauna, the location was excellent, I had a room with a balcony which was lovely, the noise was well insulated out, and the products in the WC were Fragonard! Right in the middle of promenade de anglais and restaurants. Supermarket very close by and quick convenience store just outside but only sells alcohol, fruit and water which is still convenient to have if you arrive late in the evening. Closes late. Also about 5-10 mins walk to old town which has a market every morning and great restaurants! Very

Hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly staff, not luxurious but forthe price it was certainly great value. Location is superb, cafe'sand shops on the doorstep, 5 mins walk from the Promenade de Anglais,old town ten mins away. Didn't have any food - went to theBoulangerie across the road. All in all an excellent little hotel -ticked all the boxes.
