  The staff were friendly and helpful, and all requests were dealt with efficiently and with a smile. That included phoning a restaurant for me to confirm reservations that I had made through a website. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

  Good location, very near to the santier metro... but if u have big bags it'll b hard to carry up the bags up the steps as this is a small station & no lift or escalator.   I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The staff were outstanding, and the location of the hotel excellent.   It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good.   We enjoyed the lovely decor, comfortable bed and nicely-sized room (recommend the Supreme). The hotel is in a lovely part of the city, very near La Madeleine as well as several designer shops. It is off the beaten path just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and accommodating. Fine wine, scrumptious veal and the best crème - The staff were awesome and was always willing to assist us despite the time. I arrived pretty late and they organized a perfect resaurant for us which was fabulous. Typical french restaurant( Tante Louise). If you would like to economise, you probably check another one. I will definately visit it again. What I really appreciated was allowing me to keep my suitcases at the hotel for approximately 3 hrs despite that I had already chech out.
