Location is fabulous - by the spectacular Cathedral and other sights in the old town. But, it is not in the middle of the more hectic - less pleasant - touristy streets.
The staff - especially Nicholas & Annika - were very helpful and friendly in every instance: restaurant recommendations, directions, making taxi reservations & much more

Location could not be better.
The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room charming and cozy.
The beds and linens were first class.
The room and bathroom was spacious and airy.
Free Wi-Fi a plus and necessary for today's traveler.
The vegetarian restaurant two doors down was very good, handy and the owner helpful in delivering a late meal to our room.

Great location,less than 1m from cathedral, which helps when you need to get back to the hotel and you can use the cathedral's tower as a guiding "light". Room was comfortable. We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside. The hotel is absolutely the best in Strasbourg. Stay in the hotel could be one of the best experience in Strasbourg.

Very charming hotel. Old and new combined perfectly, tastefully furnished, very nice atmosphere. Service was outstanding! Friendly, smiling, very service minded staff (all of them without exception). Everything came together in a perfect manner. We give our best recommendations. One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Will absolutely return one day to this hotel. Great experience!

Well, the best aspect about this place was the two ladies who oversee the apartment. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived, so they immediately agreed to refund our money and allow us to stay there for free for the night. It's a cozy little apartment just across the river, a great location. It was a real treat to stay there. -
