  Great location,less than 1m from cathedral, which helps when you need to get back to the hotel and you can use the cathedral's tower as a guiding "light". Room was comfortable. Staff couldn't have been any nicer, they answered all questions, and even explained me how to cross the French-German border by bus. They were accurate. Except, the hotel does offer parking for a fee. Your website and other reviews indicated that there was no parking available.

  We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside. The hotel is absolutely the best in Strasbourg. Stay in the hotel could be one of the best experience in Strasbourg. Staffs are super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and nice. One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Will absolutely return one day to this hotel. Great experience!

  We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys had the triple. The hotel's location is great! I wish I knew his name because he was so incredibly helpful and friendly. - There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.

  Great location: very close to Petite France (perfect, little area filled with winding cobblestone streets, delightful shops and charming cafes) and the river, yet on a quiet back street. Our room, number 33, was a corner room on the third floor with views in two directions which we loved - roof tops of nifty, old structures and the spire of the be... τι λέει ο κόσμος » autiful cathedral looming in the background! Walkable from the train station on a nice day; less than a 10 Euro taxi fee on departure when it was rain - This was a fantastic location just the other side of the river from the heart of Strasbourg (several of the best restaurants were nearby) the bells ringing, the breakfasts, the staff were the best! There's a cycle rental nearby which was 15euro for a whole week! We had a fabulous time, and in fact extended our stay a night with no problem.
