The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none.   The room was very clean, staff very friendly and good value for money. It is a very busy hotel, but has a fantastic location. Some people may say that the bathroom is small, but you are in Paris.   The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly (good speaking English). I cloud manage to cheeked in 10:30 am. The room was neat as a pin. The Hotel has been fairly recently constructed - Rooms were very clean and staff was really helpful and friendly. It is located in one of the typical French cartiers, there are not much tourist around, you can feel the air of original French lifestyle.
