The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none.   A small boutique hotel which I love. Front desk staff was always helpful and had great suggestions for food and things to do. The room was very clean and modern. We had a room with a small terrace and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is close to 2 Metro stations so it's very easy to get around Paris. - I loved the entire design of the hotel so v elegant. It had central heating with towel heating. They also paid attention to every request I made. The staff Benedict, Jean and everybody were so pleasant and were so eager to help. Always smiling and kind. It was directly opp the metro. I was also lucky to meet the owner. Lovely lovely people. They made Paris a wonderful experience for me and I will definitely stay there again. So in love. Uche

  The room was very clean, staff very friendly and good value for money. It is a very busy hotel, but has a fantastic location. Some people may say that the bathroom is small, but you are in Paris. If you need a spacious bathroom and bedroom, you have to go to a more expensive hotel.   The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly (good speaking English). I cloud manage to cheeked in 10:30 am. The hotel is located just few minutes from Brochant (line 13)metro station and there are lots of restaurants, café, shops on the main street (avenue de Clichy) and it 's very easy to access to main spots by the Metro.   The Aero is a small neighbourhood hotel common in Europe and so it's small and efficient and a bit spartan from a services perspective (E.G., no concierge service or laundry/pressing are present). I had a room with a double bed. The room was neat as a pin. The Hotel has been fairly recently constructed - Rooms were very clean and staff was really helpful and friendly. They even gave us a silver teapot to make coffee in the room:) the location was great, you can walk along one of the most beautiful roads to go to Eiffel. It is located in one of the typical French cartiers, there are not much tourist around, you can feel the air of original French lifestyle.
