  The staff was always available and helpful. We arrived at 10am on firstday and allowed us to check in immediatley. We booked a return visitbefore coming home and they gave us the same room.   Hotel is ok but the rooms are very small. However it does not matter since we spend most of the time out side for tourists. Very good hotels near this hotel and metro stations is very near to this hotel and also the tourism bus like hop on hopofff etc. But this place is very crowded and have to be careful in all aspects.   I was very happy with our greeting to the hotel. Very considerate knowing we would be tired let us to our room straight away. Also found all the staff we spoke to very helpful, probably the best from all the hotels we had already visited. They went over and beyond to help us.
