  Great location and helpful staff. The rooms are tiny by American standards but they have efficiently included everything one needs. The bathroom was clean, well appointed, had excellent water pressure and a comfortable deep tub (with bath salts!). I loved the Nespresso machine in the closet and the little fold out desk. Hotel is beautiful, far too cold to be in the garden but it looked beautiful from the window. Our room was great, probably one of the smallest in the hotel but that didnt bother us. Really cosy, amazing shower, free mini bar topped up every day, a touch of snow and really comfortable bed! Hotel is a ten minute walk from Arc de Triumph and metro. - The envoiroment is wonderful. It's very clean and quiet. And the room is beautiful and quite large. The service is good. And the hotel staff is also kind and nice. I go to the hotel with my boyfriend, and we love to spend a fantastic night there on christmas day. I will definitely go to the hotel next time.

  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.   Hotel staff are really good. The room and bathroom looked like exact as pictures of website. The cleanliness was just perfect!
