The hotel is exactly what it claims to be. Nothing too flashy but clean, comfortable, well priced and in a great location. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.

The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! They clean bathroom everyday and really you can understand they do care about cleaning. The location was also good. Close to Champs Elyséé and also very near to the metro sta

The location is excellent as it is so close to the city centre. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time. Well recommended and thank you!

I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris. The hotel is located near a few metro lines and even better close to Gare St Lazare which is ideal for travel. Variety of restaurants nearby, budget and expensive ones. Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Main attractions is in within walking distance (10-45 minutes), or you can use subway (5 lines are next to hotel).
Rooms have normal sizes for a comfortable staying.
Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).

The staff were friendly, helpful, and English was always available. The location was great, a few blocks from the Louvre, We walked most places and used the Metro at times and took the RER to Versailles. All these were close and good restaurants too. Would love to come back. -

Hotel Delarc is located very centrally for tourist destinations around Paris. This means most things to eat close to the hotel are a little pricey. Metro is very close so its easy to travel around the city.

Η θέση του - Location was fantastic, in the posh section of Latin Quarter with nice shops, wonderful cafes, very near the Seine. Even our budget priced room had a good size balcony for taking in the sights. The room was very clean, nice bathroom as well but toilet area is not for someone very large. I would definitely stay here again. - Friendly and helpful staff, the room was warm and clean, the French continental breakfast was excellent and the location was spot on for a lot of the Parisien sights and bars and restaurants. The room was old, however, this can certailnly be forgiven considering the price which was only 50% of what some of the newer hotels charge.
