The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we had planned a last minute trip and not made reservations for sightseeing ahead of time. They helped us figure out how to get around and what to see. Also enjoyed the prompt breakfast. We chose the continental breakfast. It was served in a lovely way in their cozy little restaurant area. 1) The staff were incredible, so friendly and nothing was too much to ask
2) room was perfect, we upgraded so didn't see the standard room, but would recommend the upgrade to anyone
3) great location, was within walking distance to all tourist areas

Perfect location near Metro and Champs Elysee. Beautifully appointed, clean, quiet and very comfortable. We had a 'superior' room, and it is MUCH larger than the standard Paris hotel room. The front desk staff was beyond excellent with their service and help. We've stayed at many different hotels in Paris, most are 4 star or very highly rated 3

Everything, the room was beautiful. It's in a great location to walk around Paris and the staff are lovely v.polite and helpful. The breakfast is very tasty and they will even bring it to your room!Would love to return to this hotel again.
