I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. I stayed in 2 hotels in Paris, they all are 3 stars hotels and rank top 200 ones in TA. Compare of these two hotels, another one is with higher price, left bank, very close to Notre Dame and restaurants. But I will choose Le Relais Madelene next time.

The location is excellent. It is close to sightseeing and shopping areas. -
prime location to go about the city for shopping (at the printemps and the lafayettes) and sight seeing (being only 2 blocks away from the metro station Madeleine). grocery store just a minute walk from the hotel. excellent staff, very helpful and friendly and having them there definitely makes me want to return to this boutique hotel on next visit.

It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal.
