I sent an email to the hotel a few days before arrival and asked if were is a possibility to get a room with a view to the street, they replied very quickly and told me that if such a room will be available on the date of our arrival, they will save it for us. The room they had assigned to me for the initially booked stay had had a smoker in it - I was moved to a very nice room immediately, no question. Breakfast was fine for me. Bed was comfortable. Table/desk in the room allowed me to work comfortably when necessary. Location was excellent. I was entirely pleased and shall book there the next time I return to Paris

  Angelique ,our receptionist could have not have been more helpful! We arrived Saturday night, and had us booked into room 01 - unfortunately this is for disabled and although room was good, bathroom was set up for disabled person, with no cubicle or tub! everything open! Can´t comment on Breakfast ,as we love to buy fresh bread & coffee/juice in the morning and make - Very clean, intimate rooms. Have to mention that the people make this hotel a well worth stay. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.
