  The hotel was modern and clean, with very polite and friendly staff. Great location; 5 mins walk from the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. We requested some details of local restaurants and they were supplied with some recommendations. They also offered to book them for us.   On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed and the staff were truly wonderful. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.

  I loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well organised. I and my girlfriend loved the location, being a ten minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower, local shops just round the corner.... The Staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, and were very polite. The staff was quite helpful and made everything easy for us. We loved the accomodations and the macaroons were a sweet touch.

  The room, though small, was very clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. English spoken. Great breakfast. Nice, quiet residential area, but a little far removed from the main tourist areas (nearest, @ 1 mile walk to the Eiffel Tower). Places to eat nearby, small groceries near as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke very good english. It was closed to the metro, supermarket, restaurants and central to all the attractions. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

  Great location and helpful staff. The rooms are tiny by American standards but they have efficiently included everything one needs. The bathroom was clean, well appointed, had excellent water pressure and a comfortable deep tub (with bath salts!). I loved the Nespresso machine in the closet and the little fold out desk. The hotel is located on a short block between two busy streets with several restaurants. The metro is very close by so while the location is s good ways from the main tourist area of Paris, it is easily assessable. The staff was very helpful with any needs we had and recommended good restaurants.
