  The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful with ticket bookings etc. There was always someone at reception including late in the evening. We were booked into a superior double but were upgraded into a junior suite so the room for our budget was great. We had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower which was an unexpected treat!   Loved the hotel, about 1 block away from the metro, few blocks to champs elysees blvd and the arch de triumph. staff was great and helpful, especially the evening, Mapped everything out for us to visit and how to get there. I would definitely stay there again - WE loved the view of the Eiffel tower when we walked out of the front door of the hotel

  Hotel staff are really good. The room and bathroom looked like exact as pictures of website. The cleanliness was just perfect!   The location was excellent - a safe neighbourhood and very near Bus 72, which took a route along the Seine right to the Hotel de Ville. The double glazing + air-conditioning meant we had a very good night's sleep. Although the rooms were small, this did not detract from the other advantages of the hotel.   Most hotels look better online than in person. Hotel Acacias Etoile is an excedption to the rule. The room was clean, and wll appointed. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast large by Paris standards. The price was nice as well. It is also in a very good location being only a block off the Argentine Metro stop.   The hotel location is superior. the staff is very friendly they even helped with getting you around the city, an umbrella in bad weather, and reserving a taxi when needed. - Everyone was very friendly, kind & helpful!! The club room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and modern, the toiletries were lovely and the towels were changed daily.   I like small hotels in the centre of towns. - We were able to park right outside - and free during the month of August! The staff were really friendly. The hotel was in a great location - just 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, but in a quiet area. The family apartment was great - two separate rooms/bathrooms within their own apartment.
