Very spacious modern apartment.... surpassed our expectations !! Friendly, helpful staff. Great location... only a few minutes walk to two metro stations. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We've been to Paris several times, and this was a short trip at the end of our holiday in the French countryside. The best booking ever: Warm welcoming, helpful staff always smiling (none is french), we were lucky with an upgrade for the same price which made our stay (3 nights) wonderful. The studio was very spacious, GREAT kitchenette, nice living room with flat TV, spacious and very QUIET bedroom with large bed and big cupboard. Loved being in the heart of things - next door to the moulin rouge, in
an area of paris that never sleeps. We were four storeys up with a full

Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy.
Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue!
Everything inside seemed to work fine, we even managed to cook one meal :)

The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. Great location and friendly, helpful staff. This apt is just a few blocks from the Louvre, but it is located in a quiet backstreet. Very good location in center of Paris All sights within walking distance. But difficult to find the hotel without navigator. If you have heavy luggage you can ask hotel staff bring it to your room, because there is a no elevator. Rooms are very nice with all what you need. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants. I very recommend restaurant with kitchen of Lyon's region.
