Even our budget priced room had a good size balcony for taking in the sights. The room was very clean, nice bathroom as well but toilet area is not for someone very large. I would definitely stay here again. - Friendly and helpful staff, the room was warm and clean, the French continental breakfast was excellent and the location was spot on for a lot of the Parisien sights and bars and restaurants. The room was old, however, this can certailnly be forgiven considering the price which was only 50% of what some of the newer hotels charge.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and English was always available. The location was great, a few blocks from the Louvre, We walked most places and used the Metro at times and took the RER to Versailles. All these were close and good restaurants too. Would love to come back. -

The hotel is really good location to walk from as a base. The area was good. Fantastic location within easy walking distance to the Pompidou, Louvre, Notre Dame and all the restaurants and bars in the Latin Quarter. I was on my own, going out every night and felt perfectly safe walking the streets back late. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and bars perfect for breakfast or dinner if you werent up for straying too far after a full day of exploring the city. The staff were lovely even the poor night staff who had to come down from reception late every night to let me in.

The location of the hotel was superb and very easy for those travelling
by train from Charles De Gaulle airport as we got to St. Michel and just
across the road was Rue De La Huchence and our hotel. Contrary to
expectations it was very quiet at night and the restaurant was an added
bonus in the evening. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby

The hotel is exactly what it claims to be. Nothing too flashy but clean, comfortable, well priced and in a great location. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.
