The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

Le Burgundy Hotel is a hidden gem in central Paris, worthy of its "5 Star" status. The hotel is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. Also the small feel of the hotel makes it feel so private and is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel is so clean and fresh it looks like it was built only weeks ago. Location is in Madeleine just near the metro. The Location which central to tourist sites + the cleanliness of the room - The location was fantastic, the Scribe is an excellent hotel with very polite staff. The cleaniness of the rooms was very good and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

A lovely lovely hotel with perfect location an fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise. I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly (good speaking English). I cloud manage to cheeked in 10:30 am. The hotel is located just few minutes from Brochant (line 13)metro station and there are lots of restaurants, café, shops on the main street (avenue de Clichy) and it 's very easy to access to main spots by the Metro.

Breakfast was great. Staff brill. I asked for a view of Eiffel Tower and we got it, top floor, room 904 superb. watched the Tower show every night as it played the light tune. Looked forward to getting back after every night out!!
