THe location was amazing. We walked everywhere from the hotel. There were great places to eat all over the hotel. The staff was very helpful and gave us lots of great recommendations. Ideally located to explore Paris both on foot and metro. High emphasis on cleanliness and customer service. Breakfast good value if included in overall price,otherwise many brasseries nearby. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard. The bathroom was particularly surprisingly new and spacious with a large modern shower and double face basin. The toilet was a separate area.
The staff was VERY helpful and professional.

The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking
distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli
) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the
Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?!
Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make
the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the
hotel as we ate out at all times.

Excellent boutique hotel in the most central Paris area! The staff was more than helpfull and kind and they all could speak english, which is a rare thing in France. The hotel was also surprisingly very clean, another rare thing in Paris specifically. The location has also been extremely convenient, everything was on walking distance and we didn't had to get any other transport mean. We will definately choose this hotel again if returning to Paris.
