We liked out room although it did not have any view as such; it was great having access to an English TV channel in the evenings and a mini fridge in our room; the lobby was lovely and the staff really helpful, friendly and really made us feel welcome. The lobby was lovely and - Price was low cost offer (69- Euro) and very good value for money.

We got lost on the way to the hotel and when we rang the receptionist kindly stayed on the phone as we drove around the city to direct us. - nice lobby, great location

Great staff who were always helpful and courteous, room was nice albeit not so large (more boutique style than generic 4 star)but the bathroom was stunning, good partitioning between rooms so was very peaceful in the room, location is convenient for shopping and transport links -

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, checking in, checking out and in the brasserie. The bedroom was very nicely decorated, and the bathroom was really good, big and spacious, with some 'interesting' features, such as the window to the bedroom (which can be made opaque by using an additional light) Wifi worked well, all in

The hotel was very well situated in the center of the city. Ideal for shopping restuarants etc. we had booked a superior suite which was lovely. It was at the back of the hotel, so quiet and peaceful. The Capoul restuarant was excellent and the staff in he restuarant were willing to recommend dishes. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Toulouse.

i loved everything about the hotel, the staff were very curteous, helpful and nice. the interior was fabulously decorated and the room was very nice. it was an all together a great experience and the hotel is definitely my choice hotel whenever i go back to toulouse. and not to mention its great location. -

clean, comfortable, not too far from center (15 minute walk to Place du Capitole; 4 minute walk to metro; can get to SNCF train station in metro) - The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Covered parking was free as well as use of internet.
